Hotel Kanha Shyam, Prayagraj

01. Reservation & Confirmation

Reservations at Hotel Kanha Shyam are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as per the booking policy. We reserve the right to release unconfirmed bookings if the deposit is not received within the stipulated time.

02. Check-in / Check-out Timings

Check-in: 02:00 PM  |  Check-out: 12:00 PM

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and will be charged extra as per hotel policy.

03. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a 1-night retention charge. During peak seasons (Mela or Kumbh dates), separate non-refundable policies will apply as shared during the booking process.

04. General Policies

  • A valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests during check-in.
  • The hotel maintains a smoke-free policy in all rooms and public indoor areas.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest will be charged directly to the guest's bill.

05. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Kanha Shyam is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room electronic safes for valuables.
